Following old railway lines, the Downs Link connects the North Downs Way with its southern equivalent.

For 37 miles it steams down the south of England, from St Martha's Hill near Guildford, to Shoreham-by-Sea on the south coast. As you walk along, you can take in the sights, and imagine the smoke that once filled the route.
